NOT YOUR EVERYDAY 50/50 RAFFLE!

• Our Goal: raise $15,000 for new band instruments, after-school clubs and team uniforms
• Grand Prize: 50% of ticket sales (yes, that means we hope someone wins $15,000!)
  
• 2nd Prize: Basket of gift certificates, etc. donated by local businesses (value $2,000)
• Ticket Prices: $5 each or 5 for $20
• Tickets sold by students starting on January 3rd, and at home basketball games on January 9th and 23rd

• Drawing: Halftime of men's home game vs. Silk Hope on January 26th  (winner need not be present)
• Students compete for prizes
  • Top individual seller each grade wins $100, a Pollard backpack, and bragging rights
  • Top-selling homeroom per grade wins pizza/ice cream party
• Students gain valuable experience learning how to sell to adults

what can you do?

• Buy tickets!
• Encourage your student to sell to family, friends and neighbors
• Accompany and support your child while he/she sells
