Use this form to submit a confidential individual request for assistance.  The request is sent directly to the Principal, who will then discuss it with the Booster Club without identifying the requester. 
     
    The Booster Club is happy to consider requests for athletic equipment (e.g., cleats, undershirts, gloves, balls, etc.), school supplies, arts or performance supplies, or anything else that Pollard students need to reach their potential.  Our mission is to enable the entire Pollard community to thrive.
